No. This tool is not managed or endorsed by the City of Orlando. It was built using publicly available information and open service-request systems so residents can get help faster, especially after hours.

How It Works

If it's not official, are my requests real?

Yes - every ticket you create is sent through the city's official 311 system (via SeeClickFix). You'll receive a confirmation text with a link to your live, trackable request inside the city's public system.

Can it transfer me to real city departments?

Yes. When you ask to be connected, you'll be transferred to the official phone numbers of city departments, such as Engineering, Utilities, or Animal Services.

Where does the information come from?

The hotline uses publicly available data from the City of Orlando's website, open APIs, and other official sources. EffiGov continuously updates this knowledge base to ensure you receive the most current and accurate information.

Does it work after hours?

Yes. If you call outside normal business hours, the hotline can still text you the correct after-hours contact, emergency numbers, or links to submit your request online.
